Both of you may be seeing something real. Body type is not always obvious from the outside, and it is especially hard to see in ourselves because we experience ourselves from the inside — we feel our energy as normal, whatever it is. The most reliable way is not to decide intellectually, but to observe over time. Which way does your body move when it is fully relaxed and not performing? What happens in your face when something unexpected occurs? The body type shows most clearly when the personality is not managing the impression.
